fight and fit
This is 1 1/2 hours of intense training. You will be learning techniques from Muay Thai, Tae Kwon Do, Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jutsu, Wrestling, and more. At the same time you will be challenged with endurance and conditioning drills and exercises, that will help get your body in the correct fighting shape. Also, you will learn and understand the basics of fighting; from proper technique to create power, to the fighting instinct and attitude that must be brought out in the match.
